Why is it called that?
The name WIND ANT E4H is not random. It evokes the ant, an insect that symbolizes strength, determination, and the ability to work tirelessly, just like our sweeper. Despite its compact dimensions, this machine can handle heavy workloads with precision and continuity.
E4H stands for Evolution for Humans, because innovation at MP-HT is not only about technology, but also about people: improving the operator experience, simplifying maintenance, and reducing environmental impact are fundamental objectives of this project.
The Heart of WIND ANT E4H: A Collection System That Makes the Difference
One of the distinctive features of WIND ANT is its mechanical-vacuum collection system, designed to ensure superior performance compared to traditional sweeping systems.
How does it work? The dual side brooms channel debris toward the main broom, which collects and directs the material toward the conveyor belt. This is where the powerful vacuum turbine comes into play, capturing even the finest dust and channeling it through panel filters (also available in HePa version), ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment.
The real strength is precisely the conveyor belt: this system maximizes the available space in the waste container (270 liters, expandable to 370 liters for bulky materials such as leaves). Unlike traditional sweepers, which often fail to completely fill the container, WIND ANT utilizes every inch thanks to top loading. Additionally, it offers the option to collect debris in a bag to reduce dust dispersion during emptying.
Another advantage? Simple maintenance: the belt cover is easily removed to allow quick inspections and cleaning, reducing machine downtime.
